Reception and visitor management with a focus on providing a positive building user experience.
Coordinate head office meeting room resources including set up and configuration and organising the appropriate hospitality.
Reception Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, mailing, laminating and filing.
Order and maintain stock in relation to the workplace services provision and managing the invoices relating to these orders.
Reception Attend team meetings and produce minutes/actions.
Reception To take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and of other persons who may be affected by your actions or omissions at work.
Provide support to the Workplaces team on the raising and closing of reactive and planned maintenance.
Produce reports for managers as required.
Coordinate deliveries in line with service standards. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the Reception desk Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email, ensuring all communications are handled appropriately. Manage and use the appropriate office systems in line with workplace standards. Act as Fire Safety warden and First aider for building; ensuring all colleagues/visitors are aware of the relevant safety procedures. Support with building checks and maintaining welfare facilities and the general office environment both internal and external. Any other duties deemed commensurate to the role. Create, implement and keep up to date procedures relevant to the role.
