Exciting Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant in Reading.

Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our well-established school in Reading, where we focus on providing high-quality support for students with autism and a range of other needs.

About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you’ll be working directly with students to provide tailored support in their learning journey. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each student reaches their full potential, providing assistance both in class and outside as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

Offer one-on-one support to students with autism and other additional needs.
Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure personalised support.
Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all students feel valued.
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support the overall development of each child.
Encourage the social, emotional, and academic growth of students, boosting their independence and confidence.
