In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support for a single child during their stay, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in a range of leisure and recreational activities. You will lead by example, support staff development, and maintain a nurturing, positive environment that promotes the child’s independence, social skills, and emotional resilience. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising activities, maintaining accurate records, liaising with families and professionals, and upholding safeguarding and regulatory standards.
