Robertson Bell is supporting a well-known London-based organisation to recruit a permanent Finance Business Partner into a high-impact, commercially focused role.

The Role
You will partner a range of central and commercial functions, taking ownership of a significant portion of the organisation’s £50m+ budget.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading on budgeting and forecasting for your areas, including ownership of quarterly forecasts
*Producing monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary on performance
*Building strong relationships with Heads of Department to support decision-making
*Delivering scenario modelling around key drivers and pricing
*Analysing income streams including commercial activity
*Presenting financial insights to senior leadership, including CFO and CEO
*Supporting grant funding processes and broader financial planning
The Person
You will be a confident and credible Finance Business Partner who can hit the ground running.
You will have:
*Proven Finance Business Partnering experience
*Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, modelling)
*The ability to clearly explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
*A commercially aware mindset, able to assess how changes impact performance
*A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or be close to qualifying
Sector experience is not essential, but personality is. You must be engaging, inquisitive and able to build relationships quickly.
