A respected construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and deliver with minimal supervision within a fast-paced construction environment. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in supporting senior leadership while driving project delivery.

The ’Senior Project Manager’s’ roleThe Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery across all key stages. The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee design and delivery teams, and ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities include programme and cost management, leading meetings, contract administration (JCT), and overseeing construction activities on site. The Senior Project Manager will also mentor junior staff and support wider business objectives.


The ’Senior Project Manager’The ideal Senior Project Manager will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related field. The Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record of delivering projects independently within the construction sector.
Chartership (MRICS, MAPM or similar) is desirable. The Senior Project Manager will be confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while driving projects forward.
