We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Angmering from May 2026. This is a part-time position offered through Teaching Personnel, with pay in line with the main teacher pay scale.
The Role*Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to a Year 6 class
*Prepare pupils for end-of-year assessments (SATs) with confidence and care
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
*Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
The Ideal Candidate*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
*Strong understanding of the national curriculum and SATs preparation
*Excellent classroom management skills
*A proactive and flexible approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
