The Payroll & Benefits Manager will oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration to ensure compliance and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in payroll systems and a strong understanding of benefits management within the transport & distribution industry.

Description
*Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including medical cover and pension schemes.
*Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations concerning payroll and benefits.
*Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data.
*Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits in a professional manner.
*Review and improve payroll systems and processes for greater efficiency.
*Prepare and submit reports on payroll and benefits metrics to senior management.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and legislative changes.
Profile
A successful Payroll & Benefits Manager should have:
*Proven experience in payroll management and benefits administration.
*Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant accounting software.
*Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
