Strategy Lead/Programme Manager - Operations Excellence - Insurance/London Market
We are currently recruiting for a Strategy & Planning Lead/Programme Manager with strong operation excellence and Insurance experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.
Inside IR35 - Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite in London
Experience:
*Significant experience in strategic planning, operating model design, consulting, or business transformation environments.
*Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
*Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
*Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems using structured, analytical, and consultative approaches.
*Experience owning and managing initiatives end-to-end, from concept and planning through to delivery and outcomes.
*Insurance/Consultancy experience, ideally London Markets
*Strong experience creating target operating models
*Global Scale Programme experience
*Strong Stakeholder and Customer engagement skills
*Develop operating and service model designs to enable an efficient operations with a focus on quality of service, automation and scale
*To develop and apply planning and analysis skills to effectively solve complex business issues
*Able to Develop knowledge of developments and advancements inside and outside of the insurance industry to translate into focused recommendations
