You’ll be joining a well-regarded Legal 100 team that specialises in helping individuals who have suffered avoidable injuries or workplace-related illnesses. The team is known for its collaborative approach and genuine commitment to making a difference for clients.
The opportunity
I’m keen to speak to qualified Solicitor’s or Chartered Legal Executives from newly qualified up to 3 years PQE, who want to take responsibility for a varied caseload of personal injury and industrial disease matters. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real responsibility from day one, alongside support as you continue to develop your expertise.
What you’ll be doing
*Speaking with new clients and guiding them through the early stages of their claims
*Drafting witness statements and handling key case documentation
*Managing disclosure and reviewing evidence
*Assisting with the instruction of counsel and preparation of court documents
*Preparing schedules of loss
*Reviewing medical and occupational health evidence, including expert reports
*Advising on settlement options and negotiating outcomes
What experience is required
*Experience in claimant litigation
*Background in personal injury or industrial disease work is helpful, but not required
*A proactive, organised approach and strong communication skills
