As Lead Electronics Engineer Responsibilities:
*Lead the design and development of high-precision, low-noise electronic systems
*Manage and mentor a team of engineers
*Drive PCB design, simulation, testing, and system integration
*Optimise signal integrity, shielding, and noise reduction
*Collaborate across electronics, software, and mechanical teams
*Work with external partners on PCB and component development
Experience Required:
*MSc/PhD in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
*Strong expertise in analogue electronics and instrumentation
*Proven experience with PCB design and debugging (Altium, Cadence, etc.)
*Hands-on lab experience with test and measurement equipment
*Comfortable coding in C/C++ or Python for testing and automation
*A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Desirable:
*Mixed-signal or ASIC design experience
*Embedded systems and microcontroller knowledge
*Exposure to life sciences or medical devices
