About the Firm and role

Our Client has been providing legal services since it was established over 100 years ago. The firm act for business and individual clients throughout the UK across a wide range of services which includes Conveyancing, Agricultural, Wills, Probate, Lasting powers of attorney and Trusts.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Conveyancer/ Property Solicitor:

*Managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
*Providing advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of conveyancing, including conducting property searches and completing legal documentation.
*Building strong relationships with clients, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.

You should be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases; freeholds and leaseholds; remortgages. Transfers of equity and Help to Buy funded transactions. Commercial Property experience would be advantageous.

To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*A proven track record of providing excellent levels of client care
*Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
*Comprehensive knowledge of current AML requirements
*Strong leadership skills and qualities, and a keen eye for detail
*Excellent organisation, Tenacious communicator, and interpersonal skills
*A following of clients and referral contacts would be advantageous.
*Conveyancing: Minimum 3 years (required)
