Cover Supervisor
Secondary schools across Hounslow are looking for reliable and confident cover supervisors.
Positions are available for an immediate start on both short-term and long-term assignments.
This role is full time, although part time availability will be considered. Working hours are typically from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Daily rate of pay is £100 per day.

Cover Supervisor - Hounslow, London
* Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task with the work set.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Provide support to students where needed, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects.
* Build strong relationships with staff and students, contributing to a supportive school culture.

Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Confident, adaptable, and professional approach
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for supporting students in their education
