Key Responsibilities
*Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries
*Organise client and prospect meetings, manage planners’ diaries, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared
*Maintain and update client records in Intelligent Office (IO)
*Prepare pre- and post-meeting documentation including valuations, annual reviews, and suitability letters
*Process fund switches, rebalances, withdrawals, and top-ups ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency
*Complete and prepare application forms for client signatures
*Liaise with providers to follow up business submissions through to completion


What we’re looking for:
*2+ years’ experience within a financial planning company
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence
*Proactive, methodical, and detail-oriented
*Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)
*Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent (Desirable)
*R01 or LP2 qualifications (Desirable)
