Description
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
*Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination.
*Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
*Maintain and update customer records in the system.
*Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
*Provide customers with product and service information as required.
*Monitor and follow up on customer accounts to address outstanding queries.
*Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
*Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
*Knowledge of the industrial or manufacturing sector is desirable.
