Job Description:
To be part of the Site Engineering Team responsible for the maintenance, maximising machine availability and continued efficient running of the site and site services.

Description
*Perform routine and unplanned machine maintenance
*Work cross-functionally with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment efficiency
*Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
*Identify and troubleshoot machinery problems
*Support continuous improvement initiatives
*Participate in the design and installation of new equipment
*Record and report on maintenance activities
*Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures
Average 42 hours per week- 12 hour Panama shift pattern to incorporate full 24/7 coverage of the site.
Profile
*A recognised qualification in Engineering (Minimum Level 3)
*Experience with both mechanical and electrical systems
*PLC System knowledge would be advantageous
*A solid understanding of manufacturing processes
*Strong problem-solving and communication skills
*Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
