About the role
*Supporting a team of fee earners within a Commercial Property department
*Audio typing and document preparation
*Drafting and managing leases and agreements
*Handling commercial property conveyancing matters
*Managing track changes and legal documentation updates
*Opening and closing client files
*Processing payments
*Managing email and letter correspondence
*Handling incoming calls and new enquiries
What we are looking for
*Previous Commercial Property Legal Secretary experience (essential)
*Experience within residential property may be considered, but commercial preferred
*Strong audio typing and organisational skills
*Ability to multitask in a busy environment
*Confident communication skills and professional manner
*A proactive and team-focused approach
