Our client, one of the UK’s largest automotive service providers and tyre retailers, is seeking an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to lead their centre in Chippenham.

The successful professional will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and delivering excellent customer service as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager.

Benefits:
*Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum, with performance-related bonuses as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager
*42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:00am-4:00pm) and a day off in the week when working a Saturday

Duties:
*Lead the operational management of the centre, ensuring high standards as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager
*Manage a team of approximately 10 staff, including workshop personnel and front-of-house staff
*Oversee stock control, ensuring proper inventory management
*Enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
*Maximise workshop workflow to optimise efficiency and profitability
*Foster a positive customer experience and resolve any issues effectively
*Support coaching, training, and development of team members
*Drive sales growth while maintaining cost controls and ensuring compliance with all standards
Requirements:
*Proven management experience within the automotive or retail sectors, ideally in a Fast-Fit or tyre centre environment
*Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager
*Track record of achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
*Excellent customer focus with a dedication to delivering outstanding service
*Ability to develop a positive sales culture and enforce operational standards
*Knowledge of stock management, health and safety compliance, and budget control
*Full UK driving licence with minimal points
