Our client, a respected franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple locations nationwide, is seeking an experienced Van Sales Executive for their Oxford branch.

Duties as a Van Sales Executive:
*Identify new business opportunities through research in assigned areas.
*Assist walk-in customers, handle phone inquiries, and support wholesale clients with professionalism.
*Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across departments.
*Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
*Promote sales campaigns to meet or exceed targets.
*Manage the showroom environment, ensuring a professional presentation.
*Deliver first-class vehicle handovers and record customer satisfaction levels.
*Develop and reinforce relationships with existing clients while attracting new prospects.
*Handle sales contracts, making any necessary amendments efficiently.
*Maintain accurate records within the customer database.
*Implement strategic plans to grow sales and support organisational objectives.
Requirements as a Van Sales Executive:
*Extensive experience in commercial vehicle sales or a similar automotive sales/rental background.
*Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Oxford.
*Smart appearance, excellent communication skills, and resilience.
*Strong organisational skills, IT literate, and highly motivated to achieve KPIs under pressure.
*A valid UK driving licence is essential.
