Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ to 5 Years PQE) – Nuneaton – £35,000 to £75,000 – Excellent Learning Opportunity
The firm

The role
*Join a busy commercial property team based in Nuneaton
*Handle a mix of acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant matters
*Work closely with experienced solicitors on live transactions from an early stage
*Build hands on experience rather than being limited to support tasks
*Gain exposure to a varied client base including local businesses and commercial clients
*Develop technical ability in a structured and supportive setting

You
*NQ to 5 years PQE with some exposure to commercial property work
*Able to manage files with supervision and stay on top of deadlines and client communication
*Strong drafting skills with good attention to detail
*Confident and clear in your communication with clients
*Keen to learn and build a long term career in commercial property
*Works well within a team and is happy to get involved
*Want to move into a role where you can properly build your commercial property skillset rather than just maintain a caseload? This will give you that opportunity
