What will the Accounts Senior role involve?
*Leading the preparation of financial statements and management accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Managing bookkeeping and VAT affairs, including timely submission of VAT returns, and overseeing tax computations for individual and SME clients.
*Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing high-quality financial advice and support.
*Assisting with compliance and ensuring adherence to current financial regulations and best practices.
*Supporting junior team members and contributing to continuous process improvement within the department.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Senior vacancy:
*Proven experience in accounting, particularly with SME and individual clients, with a strong understanding of UK accounting standards.
*Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities efficiently.
*Strong communication skills and a professional approach, with a desire to develop and progress within the finance sector.
*Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, with a good grasp of VAT, tax computations, and prepare Financial Statements.
*Ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organisation.
