White Label Recruitment are working exclusively with a well-established engineering business that specialises in Precision Engineering & Specialist Manufacturing (Highly Regulated Sectors), who are looking to hire an Internal Sales / Estimator to join their commercial team.
This is a technically driven environment, supporting complex components and specialist manufacturing processes.


The Role
*Managing incoming RFQs
*Reviewing part requirements, processes and complexity
*Producing accurate costings and detailed quotations
*Breaking down BOMs and building full cost models
*Liaising with suppliers where required
*Tracking enquiries and managing turnaround times
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery


The Person
*Experience in estimating within engineering or manufacturing
*Able to read and interpret technical drawings
*Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
*Organised and proactive approach
*Experience working within aerospace or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable


Salary & Package
*£30,000 – £38,000
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
*Standard pension
*Early finish Fridays
*Fully on-site role (with some flexibility)
