Key responsibilities for the Telemarketing Executive role:
*Making outbound calls to business prospects to introduce Wills & Co’s commercial insurance services.
*Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales consultants.
*Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
*Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
*Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
*Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance targets.


Skills and experience
We’re looking for a Telemarketing Executive who has the following:


* Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone.
