The Role
Are you a digital marketer who thrives on "doing" rather than just "managing"? We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and work directly with the Marketing Director to scale our lead generation efforts.
This isn’t a corporate role where you’ll be buried in slide decks. We want a problem-solver who enjoys testing new ideas, diving deep into campaign data, and optimizing every stage of the funnel. You will have a direct impact on our growth as we build upon and position our national brand in a specialist industry.
Key Responsibilities
*Paid Media Management: Take ownership of Google Ads and Bing Ads. You’ll be responsible for building, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
*Performance Optimization: Constantly analyse campaign data to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), maximize ROI and lead volume.
*Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work on landing page improvements, A/B testing, and refining user journeys to boost conversion rates.
*SEO & Local Search: Support ongoing SEO initiatives and drive local search growth to ensure we dominate our niche.
*Growth Experimentation: Identify, test, and scale new lead generation channels and strategies.
*Data Analysis: Turn raw data into actionable insights to guide our growth strategy.
*Social Media: You will be the designated person for engaging with the staff and field engineers to solicit social media content, collating and distributing.
What We’re Looking For
*The "Hands-on" Factor: You have proven experience managing Google Ads and aren’t afraid to get stuck into the technical details.
*Technical Literacy: You are comfortable working with tracking pixels, and have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
*Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data, spotting trends, and solving problems through logic and testing.
*SEO Savvy: You have a solid understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with a wider digital strategy.
*Drive & Curiosity: You are eager to learn, take ownership of projects, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
