The Role
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:
*Work under the guidance of the Registered Manager, Senior Staff and Care Officers
*Support children and young people with their emotional, social and physical needs
*Build positive, trusting and consistent relationships
*Safely manage challenging behaviour using CPI techniques
*Be a valued part of a supportive and dedicated residential team
