Robertson Bell is supporting a growing charity to recruit a Finance Officer on a 12-month contract. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations within a busy and evolving environment.
Key details:
*12-month contract
*Fully remote, with the option to be office-based in London
*Full-time or part-time (3–4 days per week)
*Applications reviewed on a rolling basis
The role will involve:
*Managing day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable
*Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records
*Assisting with reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies
*Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes
*Providing general bookkeeping support across the finance function
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience in an all-round Finance Officer or Bookkeeping role, ideally within an SME environment
*A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
*Confidence working independently in a remote or flexible setting
