Looking to take the next step in your driving career? We’re recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a growing operation within the environmental and industrial services sector. This is a hands-on role where safety, reliability, and professionalism are key.
About the Client:
We’re supporting an established organisation operating across environmental and waste management services. The business is known for delivering essential services to a wide range of customers, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles and vacuum tankers
* Collecting and delivering hazardous and non-hazardous materials
* Supporting loaders when the vehicle is stationary
* Managing routes to meet time-critical deadlines
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
* Ensuring compliance with driving hours and safety regulations
* Delivering a professional and reliable service to customers
What We Need From You:
* Minimum 12 months’ experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles
* Valid HGV (C) licence, CPC card, Digital Tachograph card, and ADR licence
* Experience with road tankers and vacuum tankers
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
* Comfortable working in all weather conditions in a physical role
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork
