Job Description:
Senior Lettings Manager
Location: Crawley
Salary: £29k - £30k basic + OTE £50,000–£55,000 + excellent benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 18.00pm | Saturday 9.00am – 17.00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays off)
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required
Additional: Company car or £4,000 car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
*Managing and driving the overall performance and profitability of the lettings branch
*Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve and exceed targets
*Winning new business, generating valuations and securing new instructions
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing and legislation
*Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
*Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise revenue
*Keeping up to date with lettings legislation and market trends
Skills & Experience Required:
*Proven experience within residential lettings, ideally at a senior or management level
*Strong track record in winning new business and driving results
*A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team
*Commercially aware with a proactive and driven approach
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence and own transport
