Permanent / Birkenhead / £28,000 / Office-Based / Career Development Opportunity
NC Associates are partnring with a growing organisation that supports businesses with the procurement and management of essential services. Operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, the company places strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and delivering a professional service to both clients and suppliers.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join their on-site team. This is an office-based role providing central support to the Sales team, ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Previous experience within the energy sector is essential for this position.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales team with all pre- and post-sale administration
• Prepare, check, and submit sales contracts to suppliers
• Process pricing requests and follow up accordingly
• Validate invoices via the in-house portal
• Manage front sheet policy documentation
• Complete daily system checks (lock-ins, terminations, COTs, pending lives, issues logs)
• Provide updates on supplier and industry changes
• Complete sales audit and compliance tasks
• Produce sales and commission reports via CRM
• Act as first point of contact for inbound calls
Sales Administrator Experience:
• Previous administrative experience within a busy sales environment (essential)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident telephone manner and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
