We are working with a leading international organisation to recruit a Service Planning Coordinator for their Bradford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established global business in a role that combines service planning, customer service, and sales administration.
The RoleAs a Service Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating service activities, supporting customers, and assisting the sales function with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and schedule service activities efficiently to meet customer needs
*Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries, providing a high level of service
*Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing and documentation
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
*Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
*Monitor and follow up on service requests and customer orders
About You*Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or sales administration
*Strong organisational and planning skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
