Sales Controller
Guildford
£40,000 – £50,000 OTE
The OpportunityWe’re working with a high-performing and well-established dealership in Guildford that’s looking to appoint an experienced Sales Controller. This is a key role within a busy sales team, offering strong earning potential and the chance to step into a leadership-focused position.
Key Responsibilities*Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
*Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets
*Assist in closing deals and maximising profitability
*Monitor KPIs, sales activity, and overall team performance
*Ensure a first-class customer experience from enquiry to handover
*Manage stock levels, pricing, and vehicle presentation
*Ensure full FCA compliance and adherence to company processes
About You*Experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Executive ready to step up
*Proven track record in automotive sales
*Strong leadership and coaching ability
*Target-driven with a focus on results
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Full UK driving licence
