Wealth Client Executive
Nottingham | Hybrid (2–3 days office-based) | Up to £40,000
Are you an experienced IFA or wealth management administrator who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service? Do you enjoy working closely with Financial Planners, owning the client journey, and being a trusted point of contact for clients?
We’re working with a well-established, values-driven wealth management business looking to appoint a Wealth Client Executive to support Financial Planners and play a key role in delivering a first-class client experience.
The Opportunity
You’ll act as the central link between clients, Financial Planners and internal teams, ensuring every client interaction is professional, proactive and seamless. You’ll take accountability for the end-to-end client experience - from onboarding through to annual reviews and ongoing servicing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Service & Relationship Management
*Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients
*Acting as the first point of contact for queries via phone and email
*Ensuring annual reviews are planned, booked and fully prepared
*Supporting clients with portal registration and ongoing use
*Keeping clients regularly informed throughout longer transactions
Supporting Your Financial Planner
*Working closely with a Financial Planner to agree responsibilities and ways of working
*Managing adviser diaries and coordinating initial and annual review meetings
*Preparing valuations, paperwork and review packs ahead of meetings
*Supporting new business generation and day-to-day adviser activity
Wealth Management Administration
*Processing new business accurately and efficiently, tracking cases to completion
*Reviewing and submitting application packs and servicing forms
*Maintaining accurate platform and back-office records
*Handling technical queries including AML, referrals and beneficial ownership
*Producing progress updates and client fee invoices
*Proactively reviewing portfolios and platform accounts (cash levels, top-ups, allocations)
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in an IFA, wealth management or investment administration role
*Strong understanding of the end-to-end client journey in financial planning
*Experience working with investment wrap platforms
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and advisers
