Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team, offering a supportive environment focused on quality vehicle diagnostics and servicing. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians looking to grow within a well-established business, utilising modern facilities and leading diagnostic tools.

*Competitive salary between £35,000 and £38,000 per annum, with performance-based progression
*Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with no weekend or evening work

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
*Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, utilising advanced diagnostic equipment
*Carry out routine servicing, MOT preparation, clutch replacements, and general repairs
*Use manufacturer and independent workshop experience to ensure high standards of work
*Maintain accurate records of all work completed and communicate effectively with colleagues
*Support the workshop team to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service
*Contribute to maintaining the workshop’s high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a dealership or independent workshop
*Strong diagnostic skills with experience using dealer diagnostic tools such as VAG Com / ODIS
*Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or IMI certification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*Good problem-solving skills and a professional approach to work
*Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
*Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
