The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Senior Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to commercial and operational teams, providing clear insight, challenge and support across a broad non-core operational remit.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Delivering high-quality commercial analysis, MI and forward-looking insight to support decision-making
*Leading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles, challenging assumptions and modelling outcomes
*Supporting complex commercial activity, including pricing, contracts, partnerships and margin analysis
*Reviewing and enhancing management reporting, commentary and KPIs
*Coaching, mentoring and developing a small team of finance professionals, raising overall business partnering capability
*Working within an evolving systems and data environment, helping to improve the use of financial systems, reporting tools and analytics
*Building strong relationships with senior non-finance stakeholders and influencing outcomes in a pragmatic, collaborative manner

This role blends hands-on commercial partnering with leadership, development and continuous improvement.
About You
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong experience in senior finance business partnering or commercial finance roles within complex, multi-revenue or consumer-facing organisations. You will bring a proven ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight and to influence stakeholders at a senior level.
You are likely to demonstrate:
*A strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and commercial decision support
*Experience leading or mentoring finance teams and improving capability
*Confidence operating in changing or developing systems and data environments
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge constructively
*A collaborative, low-ego working style and comfort in a fully on-site role
