About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to lead and deliver small to medium-sized electrical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on position, requiring active involvement in installation, testing, and commissioning, alongside effective supervision of site activities.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
*Delivering small to medium sized electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
*Collaborating closely with the Project Engineer to effectively coordinate labour, materials, and project timelines
*Interpreting and implementing method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant project delivery
*Supervising subcontractors, maintaining high standards of work and adherence to specifications
*Carrying out regular site safety audits
*Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, site engineers, and key stakeholders through clear communication
*Procuring materials by liaising with wholesalers, obtaining competitive quotations, and managing purchase orders
*Overseeing testing, commissioning, and project completion to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
*Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within industrial and/or commercial environments
*City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 qualification (Inspection & Testing), with strong knowledge of condition reporting
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*Level 3 Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations
*SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
*ECS Gold Card
