The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and a strong deal pipeline, the firm is seeking an Associate Director to play a key role in originating and executing transactions, while supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the firm’s ongoing expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate finance professional looking to step into a senior, client-facing role within a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions from origination to completion
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and intermediaries
*Take a leading role in business development, including pitching and winning new mandates
*Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials
*Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors
*Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery across projects
*Contribute to strategic initiatives and the continued growth of the firm
About You
*ACA qualified
*5+ years of experience within corporate finance/investment banking/transaction services
*Strong track record of executing mid-market transactions
*Demonstrable business development capability and commercial awareness
*Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
*Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a partner-led, fast-paced environment
