About the Role We’re looking for an Assembly Operative to join a busy and growing team in Rainham. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in assembling high-quality products, ensuring everything is built accurately and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing*Assembling components following clear instructions and quality standards
*Building, testing, and packing finished products
*Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
*Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
*Following health and safety guidelines, including use of PPE
*Working as part of a team to meet production targets
*Reporting any issues and suggesting improvements where possible

What We’re Looking For*Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
*Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
*Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
*Basic computer skills
*A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
*Good organisation and time management skills
*Willingness to carry out repetitive tasks and stand for periods of time
