Job Description:

You will be responsible for receiving returned devices, performing initial physical assessments, and accurately logging data into our quality management systems. This isn’t just data entry; it’s about ensuring that every device is documented correctly so our engineering teams can maintain the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities*Device Assessment: Conduct thorough physical checks on returned equipment.
*Accurate Documentation: Log all findings into internal databases with high attention to detail.
*Workflow Management: Ensure items move through the return process efficiently to meet departmental deadlines.
*Compliance: Follow strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to meet medical industry regulations.
The Shift & Pay*Pay: £16.49 per hour.
*Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
*Consistency: This pattern allows you to plan your personal life and commitments months in advance.
What We Are Looking For*Methodical Approach: You enjoy following a process and getting the details right the first time.
*Computer Literacy: You are comfortable using spreadsheets and bespoke internal software.
*Communication: Clear written English is essential for reporting and documentation.
*Background: No specific medical experience is required. We provide full training for candidates who have a strong work ethic and a background in administration, retail, or warehouse data-entry.
