Talent Finance are working with a fast-growing, multi-entity property and housing group in Poole as they enter a critical phase of transformation. With over two decades of experience delivering tailored accommodation solutions across corporate, healthcare, construction and insurance sectors, the business is now evolving its structure, systems and financial backbone to support its next stage of growth.


This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role, working directly with the Fractional CFO, CEO and senior leadership team to design and deliver a scalable, fit-for-purpose finance function.


The Opportunity
This is about stepping into a business mid-transformation and bringing clarity, structure and pace.
You will lead key finance change initiatives as the organisation transitions into a group structure, supporting entity set-up, improving systems and controls, and shaping the future operating model.


This role is based on site in Poole, so we are keen to connect with experienced interim finance leaders based locally or within a commutable distance who can embed themselves in the business and drive change from within.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading finance transformation projects across a growing multi-entity group
*Supporting the creation of new entities and group structure
*Strengthening financial controls, reporting and processes
*Partnering with external advisors on tax, compliance and structuring
*Reviewing and improving finance systems and operational workflows
*Designing the future finance operating model and reporting framework
*Acting as a senior escalation point and support to the finance team
*Bringing leadership, stability and direction during a period of change


What We’re Looking For
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
*Proven track record in finance transformation, restructuring or change environments
*Experience working within group structures or multi-entity businesses
*Strong understanding of systems, controls and process improvement
*Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
*A calm, credible leader who can bring structure and clarity in evolving environments
*Able and willing to be onsite in Poole
