Job Description:
We are seeking a Training Specialist to take ownership of learning delivery across a complex, award-winning SaaS platform.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on enabling users to fully leverage technology. You will operate as a subject matter expert, delivering structured training, creating digital learning content, and supporting adoption across a global user base.
The RoleYou will deliver clear, engaging, and commercially relevant training across internal teams and external clients.
Training Delivery (Classroom & Virtual)*Deliver structured training sessions (in-person and remote) to varied audiences
*Prepare lesson plans, materials, and training environments
*Facilitate interactive sessions (group work, discussion, coaching)
*Adapt delivery style based on audience capability and context
*Continuously refine delivery methods to improve engagement and outcomes
Digital Learning & Content Creation*Design and produce high-quality eLearning content (video, guides, digital modules)
*Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused learning materials
*Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to identify learning needs
*Ensure all content is accessible, structured, and aligned to learning objectives
LMS & Training Coordination*Manage training schedules, invites, and attendance
*Maintain LMS content, user records, and reporting
*Track engagement, feedback, and training effectiveness
*Produce internal documentation and learning support materials
About You*Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
*Experience delivering training in a structured, professional environment
*Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and engaging
*Experience creating training materials or digital learning content
*Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
*High attention to detail with a structured approach
Desirable*Experience within SaaS, Cloud, Telecoms, or Technology environments
*LMS administration experience
*Experience with video/content creation tools
*Additional languages (German, Dutch, Japanese, Spanish)
