Property Manager
Hybrid working - 3-4 days in office, 1-2 from home
£28-35k Depending on Experience
Managing a small portfolio, inspections not required
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing a residential portfolio as the primary contact for landlords and tenants.
*Conducting property inspections to ensure high maintenance and safety standards.
*Coordinating reactive repairs and overseeing approved contractors.
*Handling the full tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins, move-outs, and deposit management.
*Resolving issues promptly through professional and proactive communication.
What We’re Looking For
*Prior experience managing a residential property portfolio.
*Solid understanding of AST legislation and compliance.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
*A confident communicator skilled at managing client and contractor relationships.
