Job Description:
Are you naturally curious with a knack for solving puzzles? Join our leading medical device facility in Witney as a Product Quality Investigator. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role focused on the forensic investigation and data analysis of returned products.
Note: This is a strictly technical investigation and quality control position. It is not a customer service or call-center role.
The Package*Rate: £15.29 per hour
*Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
*Location: Modern, expanded laboratory facility in Witney
Your Role: Forensic Analysis & InsightsAs a Complaints Investigator, you are the "detective" of our production cycle, ensuring global safety standards are met through rigorous technical evaluation.
*Forensic Investigation: Perform detailed physical and technical tear downs of returned devices to identify root causes and failure modes.
*Data Analysis: Use MS Excel and specialised systems to analyse complaint data, spotting trends before they become issues.
*Global Collaboration: Share your findings with engineering and quality teams worldwide to influence future product design.
*Process Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of departmental procedures and documentation efficiency.
*Management Reporting: Document significant trends and flag recurring issues for strategic corrective action.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

*Analytical Aptitude: A proven ability to dissect complex information, follow detailed procedures, and determine the underlying root cause of issues.
*IT Proficiency: Strong practical skills in using Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and data manipulation.
*Meticulous Detail Focus: Exceptional attention to detail is required for accurate documentation and adherence to strict quality protocols.
*Effective Communication: Clear and professional communication skills for internal reporting and global collaboration.
*Education: A minimum of a secondary education or equivalent (specifically in Maths and English).
