Outsourcing Senior - High Wycombe - £46,000 to £52,000

The Role
As an Outsourcing Senior, you’ll be a key part of a growing team, working closely with clients and helping shape how the function evolves.

This isn’t just review work. It’s a mix of:
*Reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping
*Working directly with clients to answer queries and deliver insights
*Supporting and developing junior team members
*Getting involved in cloud projects - onboarding clients, improving systems, moving them onto better software
*Adding real value beyond compliance
You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the chance to influence how things are done - not just follow a process.

What They’re Looking For
*Around 4+ years’ experience in practice, ideally within outsourcing or management accounts
*Strong VAT knowledge (multiple schemes)
*Confident reviewing work and supporting junior staff
*Comfortable dealing directly with clients
*Experience with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
*Understanding of MTD for VAT
*ACA / ACCA qualified (or close) preferred
