Finders Keepers is a leading property agency specialising in residential lettings, property management and sales across Oxfordshire. We also support landlords in enhancing their investments through our in-house renovations team.
With a reputation built on professionalism, expertise and attention to detail, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service to our clients while maintaining a friendly and collaborative working environment.
The marketing department is responsible for promoting our services by managing campaigns and engaging with our clients whilst maintaining a strong brand identity. It also supports nine lettings offices, two sales offices, and our interiors and renovations divisions, creating resources such as promotional literature.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team based in Abingdon but who is willing to work in other locations across Oxfordshire, when required. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and administrative work and thrives in a small, collaborative team.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, supporting the Head of Marketing and helping deliver marketing activity across all branches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Taking ownership of planning and delivering company events (including sourcing venues within agreed budgets, managing invitations and RSVPs, liaising with venues and creating presentations)
*Supporting website updates and ongoing management
*Creating marketing artwork and materials as required
*Providing general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team
*Assisting with day-to-day marketing activity across the business
*Maintaining the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and tone across all channels
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident in written communication, with strong spelling and grammar
*Proactive and able to use their own initiative
*Creative and detailed
*Comfortable working as part of a small team
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
*Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
*Excellent written English
*Great interpersonal and communication skills
*Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills (inc. Microsoft Office)
*Full, clean manual UK driving licence
Desirable:
*Experience using a CRM system
*Familiarity with Adobe InDesign
