The Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns for a range of clients. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll translate client objectives into clear strategies and ensure they are executed effectively across paid media, email and social channels.
This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll manage multiple live campaigns at once, continually refining performance through data-led insight. Alongside delivery, you’ll contribute to creative development, support reporting and client presentations, and help guide junior team members.

Our client is a rapidly growing digital agency based in London. They work to design and deliver sophisticated marketing programmes that combine creativity, technology, and performance insight.
The role is hybrid, with regular time in their London office required, and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

*Strong experience in agency-side marketing with responsibility for multi-channel campaign delivery

*A proven track record of managing several campaigns at once with measurable outcomes

*Confident use of data and analytics, alongside experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools

*Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging

*Clear communication skills and confidence in presenting results to stakeholders
