Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
This well established modern and dynamic law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing probate team based in Witham Essex.

Our client are a full- service law firm, providing services for both businesses and individuals. Due to their approachability and long -held reputation, the firm enjoys a returning client base. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a friendly team.
The Role
The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy growing Will & Probate team. This firm is looking to invest in the individual long term therefore actively encouraging internal promotion.
The ideal candidate will handle their own caseload of Contentious Trusts and Probate. Private Client, Wills, LPA’s, Estate Administration, Court of Protection matters, Tax Planning, IHT matters.
You will have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
The Candidate
*The ideal candidate will be a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a Minium of 3 years Plus PQE
*You will have good technical knowledge and client care skills
*Proven experience of Wills & Probate , LPA’s
*Strong IT skills
*Possess excellent organisational skills

*Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience
*20 days annual leave rising to 25 days, plus Bank Holidays

*Hours Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pm
