Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a growing business within the renewable energy sector. This role involves working with warm leads, building relationships with customers and supporting them in choosing the right energy solutions, including Solar PV, battery storage and EV charging.
About the candidate
You will be confident, personable and comfortable working in a sales-focused environment. You’ll enjoy speaking with customers, building rapport quickly and guiding them through the sales process.
You will have previous sales experience and be motivated by targets and results. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
You will be self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own workload effectively. Experience using CRM systems is important, and any knowledge of renewable energy products would be beneficial. A positive attitude and a drive to succeed are key.
Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 – £80,000)
Hours: Flexible working pattern
Location: Hybrid working
What you’ll do
*Manage and convert incoming leads
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Deliver product information clearly and confidently
• Work towards and achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using a CRM system
• Occasionally attend client meetings
