Job Title: Document Controller
Location: Necton, Swaffham
Estimated Duration: 12 months
Onsite role : 5 days in office
Weekly hours : 50 hours ( 10 hours per day)
Engagement Type: Inside IR35- Umbrella
Rate: £27 - £30 per hour


Our Client is an Energy technology company are seeking to recruit Document Controller at Necton, Swaffham location.The role is for a contract position of 12 months Inside IR35. Our client has 150-year legacy of innovation and will focus on energy transformation, new technologies, decarbonization and Innovative leading-edge technology.


Role:
As a Document Controller will be responsible for managing the project contract deliverables by use of the document management tool, throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
Involvement with of multi-projects, Management of project deliverables using the associated systems, not limited to:
*Allocating document numbers
*Creating placeholders
*Set up supplier packages
*QA checks on deliverables
*Manage review workflows in line with project timescales
*Distribute workflow comments - Client - Suppliers - Internal
*Hard copy submissions to site
*Submission of As-builds


Document Controller will interact with wider project team and Support Document Control team. Contribute to continuous improvements.


Experience :
Mandatory
*2-year + document control project experience
*2-year document management systems experience and Quality Aware.
*IT Systems (Microsoft Office, ACC, Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint)


Desirable
*Document / Configuration Control training
*Good standard of education
*Driving Licence - travel to site is difficult by public transport
