Our client, a reputable automotive business in Northfleet, is looking to appoint a professional and customer-focused Bodyshop Receptionist. The successful Bodyshop Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key part in ensuring smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties:
*Managing customer enquiries in a professional, friendly manner at reception
*Booking vehicles in for repair and providing timely updates to customers about progress
*Liaising with insurance companies to process claims efficiently, facilitating repairs
*Coordinating with internal staff to ensure the Bodyshop operates smoothly and efficiently
*Assisting with occasional vehicle deliveries or collections when required, supporting the Bodyshop Receptionist duties
*Contributing to a positive team culture through excellent customer service and admin support
Requirements for the Bodyshop Receptionist position:
*Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Receptionist, or similar customer service role within the motor trade
*Valid driving licence is essential, as the Bodyshop Receptionist may need to undertake vehicle deliveries or collections
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Resilient and professional attitude capable of managing challenging situations
*Customer-focused with a proactive approach to work
*Willingness to learn about bodyshop repair processes, estimating, and insurance procedures is advantageous but not essential
