This role will see the successful candidate operate a range of 3 and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precise components for the Aerospace industry. Previous experience within a similar working environment is essential, and the ability to programme or previous experience with Heidenhain controls is advantageous.

The Role:
*Interpret and understand engineering drawings with a good understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances to carry out machining of precision components
*Utilise a variety of measuring equipment to ensure the quality and accuracy of all machined components
*Use manual cutting tools when necessary to ensure sheet metal fulfils the required dimensions
*Set, operate and programme 3-axis CNC machines to produce a range of precision-machined components
The Person:
*Proven experience with a similar role
*Use of Heidenhain Controls is advantageous
