This is a fantastic opportunity involving a wide range of complex commercial valuation instructions to agreed financial and Operational targets. This will involve work across industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use.
Working hours:
*Full Time

The successful Senior Commercial Surveyor will be offered:
*Basic salary £65,000 - £70,000
*OTE £96,000 - £108,000
*12.5% Commission on personal net billings

To be considered for the Senior Commercial Surveyor role, you must have:
*Minimum MRICS qualifications
*Strong track record in Commercial Surveying
*Registered Valuer Status
*UK Driving license

*Carrying out high-quality Redbook-compliant valuations across a range of commercial properties
